At KC Designs, I feel that budget constraints should not prevent anyone from hiring an interior designer. I offer a range of services to accommodate clients with different budgets, from a simple refresh using your current furnishings to a full renovation.
My business plan has always been accessible design, regardless of your budget. I’m not a designer that will spec high end furnishings if that doesn’t align with your price point. I’m comfortable with both high end brands, as well as second hand stores! Good design doesn’t have to come with a high price tag.

My Background
My name is Kelli Cordes and I am the owner and designer at KC Designs. With over 25 years of experience in the design industry, I have had the pleasure of working with a wide range of clients to transform their homes into beautiful and functional spaces. I started my career in retail merchandising while I was in High School and College, and later attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, where I earned my degree in Visual Communications. Although I initially thought I wanted to be a set designer for movies, I found a job out of college designing model homes. It was during my time at that model home design firm that I discovered my passion for home interior design.
In 2008, my husband and I relocated from San Diego to Savannah, and I decided to start my own small business, KC Designs. Since then, my focus has been on working with residential clients, helping them create spaces that they love and enjoy spending time in. While I still appreciate the artistry involved in designing model homes, there is something incredibly rewarding about transforming a client's personal residence into their dream home.
